I offer a variety of design services for your home and business. Working closely with my clients, I provide services such as, space planning, color consultations, accessory coordination, custom window treatments, complete home renovations, as well as, showroom design, set-up, and merchandising.
I offer an hourly rate as well as a day rate.
Initial Consultation
$125.00
Includes a one hour in-home consultation with Ron Curlee, at which time the direction of the project, design goals, and initial concepts for the space will be discussed. The consultation will also include a half-hour follow-up meeting at which time the space plans will be provided with concept ideas, and design solutions.
Hourly Fees
$50.00 per hour
Hourly fees will be billed to the client when working directly with the designer, as well as time spent at the project location, assessing the space, choosing paint colors, placing accessories, directing installations, shopping, drawing plans, showroom design/set-up, and researching the project.
Day Fees
$300.00 per day
This fee can be applied rather than hourly, if the client requests, on shopping excursions, during which I will assist the client in selections of furniture, accessories, art work, rugs, flooring, lighting, and/or fabrics. Residential/Showroom Project Billing
When purchasing products such as furniture, lighting fixtures, accessories, rugs, and fabrics, clients will be responsible for purchasing directly from the supplier/retailer. Any custom window treatments will require a 50% deposit before any work will begin. Design Discounts will apply where applicable. Time spent on shopping will be billed hourly or day rate, depending upon the client.
If a contractor is required for the project the client will be billed directly by the contractor. All negations, pricing and billing will need to be handled directly with the contractor.
Billing Period
Clients will be invoiced on a monthly basis unless otherwise requested.
